Online Store Terms and Conditions
1. Scope of Application
1.1. These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed in our online store.
1.2. Our store is intended exclusively for consumers. A consumer is a natural person who purchases goods for purposes that are not primarily related to their commercial or professional activity.
2. Conclusion of the Contract
2.1. The sales contract is concluded with Infinity Ventures Ecom Limited.
2.2. The products presented in the store constitute an invitation to make a purchase offer.
2.3. The order is placed by adding products to the cart and clicking the button “Order with obligation to pay.”
2.4. After placing the order, the customer will receive an email confirmation.
3. Prices and Payment
3.1. All prices are stated in Polish Zloty (PLN) and are final prices.
3.2. Available payment methods:
• Credit/debit card
• Bank transfer
• Other available methods indicated during the ordering process
4. Delivery
4.1. Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer.
4.2. Shipments are handled by logistics partners such as InPost, DPD, DHL, or other courier services.
4.3. Some products may be shipped directly from international suppliers.
4.4. The standard delivery time is 5 to 12 business days.
4.5. Shipping costs are borne by the customer and are clearly indicated during the order process.
5. Right of Withdrawal
5.1. Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
5.2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, a written statement must be sent (e.g., via email).
5.3. The product must be returned in an unused condition within 14 days of the withdrawal notice.
5.4. The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer.
6. Complaints and Liability for Defects
6.1. The general statutory provisions on liability for defective goods apply.

7. Personal Data Protection

8. Final Provisions
8.1. These terms are governed by the law applicable at the place of company registration, unless mandatory consumer protection regulations in the customer’s country of residence provide otherwise.
8.2. All disputes shall be resolved by the competent court based on the company’s registered office, taking into account applicable consumer protection laws.
